MyGelatto, presented at Brick, is Crispins' new offering for the ice cream segment.

It’s easy and convenient, can be stored at room temperature, and requires no preparation since it’s “ready to use.”

It yields up to 18 servings per liter, as it’s formulated to emulsify and “expand” by up to 80%.

It’s based on animal-derived fat, which gives the final product superior flavor and creaminess.

This product is suitable for any "soft-serve" machine.

Format: Practical, easy, convenient, and simple to load into the machine’s reservoir.
Shelf life: 18 months.

Once opened and poured into the machine’s reservoir, it lasts 5 days. (Provided it has been refrigerated for at least 5 hours beforehand.)

Water, skim milk powder, sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471), stabilizers (cellulose gum E466, guar gum E412, carrageenan E407), vanilla flavoring.
